Comment on scenes
Scene comments let your team discuss specific parts of the script without leaving the app. Comments are tied to scenes, support one level of threaded replies, and can be liked. This article covers reading, posting, replying to, editing, and deleting comments.
Before you start
- A project, episode, and revision are selected in the top bar.
- You have the Admin or Member role to post, reply, edit, like, or delete comments. Viewers can read comments but cannot post; the input bar is hidden for them.
Open the comments panel
Turn on Comments in the View (Preview options) menu in the control panel. The comments panel opens on the right, titled Comments, and lists the script’s comment threads. Selecting a scene heading in the script body focuses comments on that scene.

The comment appears in the list.

Replies are nested one level under the parent comment.
