Export the calendar (month grid)
The Schedule > Calendar tab shows a Monday-first month grid of every shoot day. You can export the current month as a printable PDF that mirrors the on-screen grid.
Before you start
- The scenario you want to export is the active one. The calendar always reflects the active scenario, so confirm it in the scenario selector first.
- Export is web-only. The download icon does not appear in the mobile companion app.
Export the month grid
- Open the Schedule screen and choose the Calendar tab.
- Use the ‹ › arrows to navigate to the month you want.
- Choose Export calendar PDF (the download icon) in the scenario bar, beside the + Add menu.
The PDF downloads through your browser. It contains:
- Project name, month/year, and scenario name (if a scenario is selected).
- A landscape A4 month grid with one cell per day.
- For each shoot day: the day number, crew call time, scene strips (scene number, Set, and brief description), any banner strips, and day notes.
- Day type labels for non-shoot days and holiday names where applicable.
How exporting fits the data flow
Reports sit downstream of the schedule. The export reads the active scenario’s current schedule state when you tap download and never writes back to the schedule. To roll your latest schedule changes into the PDF, re-export it.
